Friday Faves 8.1.25

We’re bring back our weekly roundups of the things we’re loving that week! This week I’m coming off a week long beach trip with my family in Ocean Isle so lots of beach items made my list. Side note, if you haven’t been Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach are 2 hidden gems for relaxing family beach vacations! They’re a quick 45 minute drive from the Myrtle Beach Airport and they are so quiet and beautiful and perfect for families! I grew up going every year and this was the first time my kids have been and I’m hoping we make it a yearly tradition!

Back to Friday Finds!

I wore this Beach Riot inspired Amazon swimsuit on repeat last week at the beach. It’s mom-bod friendly, super comfortable and washes well!

This open back crochet cover up was another fave from my trip. It had enough coverage to pop over to the beach club or store but still flattering and cute.

I’ve been a Birks fan for years but these white large buckle birks might be my fave ever. The large buckle gives them a nicer vibe and I wear them almost everyday. Pro tip - use magic erasers to keep them white!

My cousins wife brought her weighted vest on vacay and I borrowed it for a beach walk and vowed to myself to use it for at least 20 minutes everyday moving forward. We’ve been back home for 5 days and so far so good. Hoping to keep the habit going because I’m officially back on my Aromatase Inhibitor (Letrozole) and Lupron so the lack of Estrogen puts me at higher risk for osteoporosis so I’m doing everything I can to not get there!

I can’t believe I’ve hit the age where laundry detergent makes me happy, but here we are. I was introduced to this detergent at a favorite things party and it smells so much like Angel Perfume (I still have the star bottle lol). A little goes a long way and it makes everything smell amazing.

I am a late adopter of Maldon Salt Flakes, but now that I know about it, I can’t stop! Tempted to carry some in my purse! My kids have been inhaling cucumbers with these salt flakes sprinkled on!
